In the design and manufacture of sliding door pulley assemblies, the bearing groove accuracy plays a vital role. The bearing grooves, including the inner and outer grooves, are processed by precision grinding technology, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of ±8 microns and the roundness is controlled within the range of 0.7-1.8 microns. This accuracy is guaranteed by precision detection tools such as microscopes to ensure the consistency and reliability of the bearing clearance.
Bearing clearance, including radial clearance and axial clearance, directly affects the smoothness of the operation of the pulley. According to China's national industry standards, the radial clearance is controlled at 3-18 microns, while the axial clearance is between 30-180 microns. In particular, in response to the special needs of sliding door pulleys, Open has made fine adjustments to the axial clearance of the bearings, significantly improving the smoothness and stability of the operation of the sliding door pulleys.
Lubricating oil plays a role in lubrication and protection within the caster wheel assembly, and its performance is crucial to the long-term stable operation of pulleys. Considering the wide application of industrial sliding doors around the world, including extreme climate conditions such as hot Africa (temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius) and cold Europe (as low as -30 degrees Celsius), the lubricant must be able to maintain performance within these temperature ranges to avoid the destruction of the grease composition structure due to temperature changes, which may cause the pulley to shake or get stuck.
The lubricating oil selected by Open Company can operate normally under extreme temperatures, from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 130 degrees Celsius, ensuring that the service life of the pulley assembly is unaffected.
The above views are based on personal experience and industry practice, aimed at promoting communication and progress within the industry. We welcome valuable suggestions from colleagues in the industry to jointly promote the development and innovation of pulley assembly technology.
